1.3 All information provided by the educational institution, including but not limited to course schedules, program descriptions, and fees, is subject to change without prior notice.



Admission: 2.1 Admission to any program or course is subject to the approval of the educational institution.



2.2 The educational institution reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant who does not meet the admission requirements or who has provided false or misleading information.



2.3 Applicants are required to provide accurate and complete information during the admission process. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in the cancellation of admission.



Fees and Payments: 3.1 All fees and charges are due and payable by the date specified by the educational institution.



3.2 The educational institution reserves the right to cancel enrollment and deny access to services for failure to make timely payments.



3.3 Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the educational institution. Refunds are generally not provided for courses that have already started.



Academic Policies: 4.1 Students are required to adhere to the academic policies of the educational institution, including attendance policies, academic integrity policies, and policies related to academic progress and grading.



4.2 The educational institution reserves the right to suspend or expel students who violate academic policies or who engage in conduct that is deemed disruptive or harmful to other students or the institution.



4.3 Students are responsible for their own academic progress and success, and are expected to seek assistance from faculty and staff when needed.



Privacy and Confidentiality: 5.1 The educational institution is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of student information.



5.2 The educational institution may collect and use student information for academic, administrative, and research purposes, as well as for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.



5.3 The educational institution will not disclose student information to third parties except as required by law or with the student’s consent.



Intellectual Property: 6.1 All intellectual property created by students in the course of their studies belongs to the student.



6.2 The educational institution retains ownership of all intellectual property created by its faculty and staff. 6.3 Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use the intellectual property of the educational institution or its faculty and staff without prior written permission.



Liability and Indemnification: 7.1 The educational institution is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property incurred by students while on campus or participating in educational programs or activities.



7.2 Students are required to indemnify and hold the educational institution harmless from any claims or damages arising from their conduct or actions while on campus or participating in educational programs or activities.



Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the educational institution is located.



8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.



By enrolling in any program or course offered by the educational institution, students agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
